Ironwood House was born from a lifelong passion for golf, hospitality, and the experiences that bring people together.
Eagles Nest Management LLC — a father-and-son team at Bandon Dunes
Eagles Nest Management LLC is a father-and-son team who have spent much of our lives living on golf courses, traveling throughout the world, and experiencing many of the finest golf destinations and resorts. Along the way, we discovered that while great golf creates unforgettable rounds, it is the time spent together before sunrise, around the dinner table, beside the fire, and after the final putt that creates lasting memories.
No destination captured that spirit more completely than Bandon.
Our first visits to Bandon Dunes left a lasting impression—not only because of its extraordinary golf, but because of the vision behind it. Founder Mike Keiser believed that authentic experiences, remarkable landscapes, and a relentless commitment to quality would create something timeless. That philosophy inspired us.
After years of golf travel, we kept seeing the same compromise: a group could find a great destination or a great house, but rarely a house where four guests or couples could each enjoy an equally exceptional private king suite and bath — while still sharing the experience under one roof.
Ironwood House was created from those experiences.
Throughout our careers in Silicon Valley, we helped build technology businesses where customer experience was not simply a priority—it was the foundation for long-term success. We learned that exceptional service, thoughtful design, and an unwavering focus on the customer create loyalty that lasts for generations.
Today, we bring those same principles to hospitality.
Every decision at Ironwood House—from the architecture and furnishings to the guest experience and personal touches—is guided by a simple question: “Will this create a better experience for our guests?”
