Straightforward, direct-booking pricing
One whole-house rate for your group. No platform service fee, no cleaning fee. Quoted nightly rates are all-inclusive of taxes and fees.
Worth knowing: a foursome splits the whole-house rate four ways and each golfer still gets a private king en-suite. Four couples split it across eight guests — with a private king en-suite for every couple.

Cancellation Policy
A $1,000 deposit secures your booking. This deposit is non-refundable 30 days after the booking date. 50% of the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival, and the full balance is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made after 90 days before arrival will be subject to loss of any payments. Travel insurance is recommended for golf trips booked far in advance.
Rental Agreement
Guests must be 25 or older to book. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm–7am out of respect for neighbors. Maximum occupancy of eight is strictly enforced. Smoking is prohibited indoors. A refundable damage hold may be placed on the card used at booking.
Terms of Service
Rates, taxes and fees are quoted in USD and confirmed at the time of booking. Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 11am. Earlier check-in and later check-out times may be requested based on the scheduling calendar. Contact property management to make a request. The owner reserves the right to decline a reservation request.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process your reservation — name, email, phone, guest count and payment details handled by our payment processor. We never sell guest data and we only email you about your stay unless you opt into the newsletter.
