Straightforward, direct-booking pricing
One whole-house rate for your group at Ironwood Bandon Golf House. No platform service fee, no cleaning fee. Quoted nightly rates are all-inclusive of taxes and fees.

Payment Schedule
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that golf trips are often planned well in advance and plans can occasionally change.
More than 90 days before arrival: Cancellation receives a full refund of payments made.
61–90 days before arrival: 50% of the initial payment amount is non-refundable.
60 days or less before arrival: The reservation is non-refundable.
If Ironwood Bandon Golf House is able to rebook the cancelled dates, we will refund the amount recovered from the replacement reservation.
Because golf trips to Bandon are frequently planned many months in advance, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
Rental Agreement
Guests must be 25 or older to book. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm–7am out of respect for neighbors. Maximum occupancy of eight is strictly enforced. Smoking is prohibited indoors. A refundable damage hold may be placed on the card used at booking.
Terms of Service
Rates, taxes and fees are quoted in USD and confirmed at the time of booking. Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 11am. Earlier check-in and later check-out times may be requested based on the scheduling calendar. Contact property management to make a request. The owner reserves the right to decline a reservation request.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process your reservation — name, email, phone, guest count and payment details handled by our payment processor. We never sell guest data and we only email you about your stay unless you opt into the newsletter.
